We welcome returns that are in our possession within 30 days of the date your order was received if shipped, and within 30 days of payment, if local pickup. All returns must include the original receipt and clearly state the reason for the return. If a return comes into our possession after the 30-day period, we will ship the item(s) back to you and charge a shipping fee of $8.95. To make an online return, please ship your order to our Saint Johns store or return it in person. 

We offer store credit ONLY and do not issue refunds.

All returns must be in the same shape as you received them (tags attached, unworn, unwashed, no odors).

Discounted/clearance items are all FINAL SALE and therefore not eligible for returns.

If you are wishing to make an exchange, please clearly state this on your original receipt or attach a note. However, due to limited quantity, exchanges cannot be guaranteed. 

Return shipping is non-refundable unless we made an oops (we're human, too)!
